The MSc SIA is a program of excellence in economics co-accredited by PSE and the École nationale des ponts et chaussées, two benchmark institutions whose teaching and research staff are world-renowned for their major contributions to the analysis and evaluation of public policies and investment decisions by economic players, particularly in the key sectors of the energy transition. It is a 1-year MSc , accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles.
To apply for the MSc SIA, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or M1 degree from a university (Economics, Applied Mathematics), a business school, or an engineering school. The primary selection criterion will be the students’ level and skills in quantitative methods. This program of professional excellence is aimed at candidates motivated by the challenges of sustainable social transformation, and convinced of the importance of mastering impact measurement and evaluation methods to influence stakeholders’ decisions and maximize the Common Good.
Applications can only be made on the PSE Application platform from December 10, 2024 to June 1st, 2025.
Applications must be written in English. For documents in other languages, an official certified translation is required.

Selection process
The process for integrating the MSc SIA takes place in two stages. The candidate’s application is first evaluated by the admissions committee within 10 days after the complete file has been submitted on the platform. If the application is selected, the candidate will be offered an interview with the admissions committee within 8 days. After the interview the candidate will receive the final decision about is application.
Admission is conditional on obtaining the diploma giving access to the desired level of training. It is imperative to provide all required documents and meet all application requirements before the application file can be considered.
Tuition fees
Tuition fees for the MSc SIA are €15,000.
Social grants and financial aid
To ensure that students have the best possible conditions for their studies, PSE has set up a program of social grants for selected students. These scholarships offer a partial tuition waiver of between 30% and 60%. Once admitted to the program, and before payment of tuition fees, you can apply for a scholarship by completing the application form provided by the pedagogical secretariat on request. The following criteria are taken into account when awarding scholarships:
- Financial, material and/or social hardship
- The student’s budget
- Special situations (family distance, family breakdown, etc.)
