At a glance: Clara is a public economist who studies the interaction between housing, taxes, and economic inequality. She uses an original approach combining long-term micro and macro data (administrative tax records, surveys and national accounts) to understand how individuals respond to changes in asset prices and taxes and how these behavioral responses shape the dynamics of wealth and income inequality.
