Institute for Macroeconomic and International Policies : Workshop on International Fragmentation: Facts and Implications

The International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Institute for macroeconomic and international policies (i-MIP) and the World Trade Organization's (WTO) Economic Research and Statistics Division are co-organizing a workshop on International Fragmentation.

This one-day workshop will take place on Wednesday January 29, 2025, at the World Bank Conference Centre, in Paris.

It will include four closed technical sessions on fragmentation of trade and investment flows, fragmentation of innovation and digital flows, firms’ adjustment, and welfare implications. The workshop will also include a high-level panel discussion on knowledge gaps and scenarios that is open to the public through a web stream.
