The Offshore Talks is a new lecture series by the EU Tax Observatory designed to spark interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration on the intricate topics of tax avoidance, tax evasion, and illicit financial flows.

The first lecture features Kristin Surak (The London School of Economics and Political Science), the author of the book The Golden Passport: Global Mobility for Millionaires.
